Shipping Information:
We ship orders by USPS with delivery confirmation on a flat rate charge of $5.00 per item. We will combine or reduce shipping charges for multiple items going to the same address. UPS shipping is also available with shipping charges calculated at checkout. If you wish to have your purchase shipped by alternate means please contact us by email as soon as you place the order.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our facility, however we will work with you to track your purchase through USPS online delivery confirmation service.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We would be happy to receive any returned jewelry within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee if the item is in original condition. Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted with natural products so please allow for some variations.
