Who is R and who is R?

We often get asked this question... and depending on the weather we may answer that 'one is the short R and one is the tall R' or 'I'm the cute R and he's the other R'. Truthfully, we are Roger and Renae Poer, artistic designers of the contemporary jewelry line designs by r and r. We're a small company with home grown goals and, dare we say, unsurpassed originality.

We offer a unique blend of Form, Function & Style by using many common crafting techniques such as forging, fusing, kiln firing, wire wrapping, as well as some others that are more original. The end results are pieces that accommodate individuals and not the mass population. So, yes we know that less 'pricey' jewelry is available at department stores, discount stores, and even specialty shops. However, we also know everyone enjoys being a little different and each piece of our jewelry has it's own unique character.

We let the materials, such as Argentium Sterling, PMC (Precious Metal Clay), 22K & 18K Gold, Copper, Precious & Semi-precious Natural Stones and Glass Beads, guide our handmade designs towards a unique and wearable art form.

In keeping with our down to earth values, our jewelry is not available in stores, but exclusively through this website & Fine Art and Craft Shows in the southeast. ...and of course we're always available by email or phone.
